Feeling Grateful, Warm and Fuzzy

As we approach the holiday season, it always amazes me to see how quickly the year has passed. This year seemed particularly quick and I suppose with everything that we have going on it really should not be a surprise. I feel extremely fortunate for all of the special, wonderful things (including over 40 weddings, a few new fig-babies, a bountiful harvest at the farm …) that have happened throughout the year.

Thank you to all that let us be a part of your world! Before we get into the whirlwind of the next couple of months, I wanted to thank all of our amazing guests, family and friends for their support this year and the ones that came before. I want to thank and give a BIG BEAR HUG to all of the staff for their hard work, dedication, loyalty and flexibility. Our success is because of all of you!

Of course we must thank and acknowledge the hard work of the farmers, artisans and producers, thanks to you, we start with a great product!  And a final thank you to our partners in hospitality that continue to make Sonoma such a special place to visit, work and live! We are all in this together!

We are having a Book Launch Party & Holiday Open House at ESTATE on Saturday, December 10th from 11:30 AM – 3 PM.
Sondra & John will be signing books, our friends at Domaine de Nizas will be pouring wine. John and the Chefs at ESTATE will be putting out a spread, including some nibbles from the book. Steven and Lauren (the photography team) from
Brooklyn Studio West will be here to meet you.

We are extending our special pre-release book price until then. If you have already purchased a book, it will be available to pick up on that day.  If you can’t join us on December 10th, order your book on-line, or other goodies at the figstore.
